We are an association members based Florida Not For Profit organization focused on having an ever ready members template to Recall Board Directors and or the entire Board of Directors.
Delvista Recall also facilitates on a ongoing basis performance evaluations of directors as needed/subject to the volume of complaints receipted based on a particular director/issue, etc.,

Have a complaint applicable under Florida 718?
As a reminder, the FL DBPR generally requires the following before an investigation is approved to proceed;
****Always consult an attorney first, if possible****
1. Copy /Association document/By-laws.
2.Copy of the association’s most recent financial audits, generally which corresponds to the alleged Violations date.
3. A completed complaint with as many exhibits or evidence applicable.
